Good to know
How do I calculate person-days?
Enter the total service person-days. For example, two people providing service for three days equals six person-days. The team confirms the actual staffing and schedule.
Does this guarantee a fault-free event?
No. This service provides the agreed technical preparation and support; it does not promise that faults cannot occur.
Does it include 24-hour standby?
Standby hours, service coverage and response arrangements must be agreed for the event. No blanket 24-hour or fixed-minute response promise applies.
What should I include in event requirements?
Describe the event schedule, display system, venue conditions, technical interfaces and the support you need before and during the event.
