These Terms of Service govern the use of the Absen online store at shop.absen.com and purchases made through the store.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.
1. Products and Services
The Absen online store may offer:
- accessories and spare parts;
- AbsenCare services;
- LED display products;
- standard products and complete units; and
- other Absen products and services.
Some products may require professional selection, compatibility verification, configuration, installation or other technical assessment.
Customers are responsible for reviewing applicable specifications and compatibility requirements before placing an order.
2. Orders
Submitting an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order by Absen.
We may review or verify an order before fulfillment, including product availability, pricing, compatibility, payment, delivery information, customs requirements or suspected fraudulent activity.
Where reasonably necessary, Absen may reject or cancel an order.
If Absen cancels a paid order before fulfillment, amounts paid directly to Absen for the cancelled portion will be refunded.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, images and availability information.
Minor differences in appearance, packaging or other non-material characteristics may occur.
Technical specifications, product configurations and availability may be updated from time to time.
Where a specification is critical to your application, please contact Absen before placing the order.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to the customer's market or checkout.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
An order may not enter fulfillment until payment or other applicable payment confirmation has been received.
5. Taxes, Duties and Customs
Unless expressly stated otherwise, international shipments are made on a DAP basis under Incoterms® 2020.
Customers or designated importers are generally responsible for applicable destination-country customs clearance, import duties, import VAT/GST and related charges.

6. Returns and After-Sales Support
Except where required by applicable law, Absen does not provide a general change-of-mind return or exchange service.
After-sales issues involving defective, damaged, incorrect or materially non-conforming products will be handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.
7. Business and Consumer Orders
Our store serves both business customers and individual consumers.
Rights available to consumers under mandatory applicable law are not excluded by these Terms.
Customers acting primarily for business or professional purposes may not be entitled to consumer-specific statutory protections.
8. AbsenCare and Services
Certain AbsenCare or other services may require additional information, scheduling, site conditions or separate confirmation.
The precise scope of a service is determined by the product description, order confirmation, quotation or other agreed documentation.
9. Intellectual Property
The Absen name, trademarks, product names, logos, website content, images, designs, technical materials and other intellectual property displayed on this store are owned by or licensed to Absen or the relevant rights holder.
Unauthorized commercial reproduction, distribution or use is prohibited except as permitted by applicable law.
10. Third-Party Services
The Absen online store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party services including payment processors, logistics providers and technology service providers.
Information may be processed by these providers to the extent necessary to provide ecommerce, payment, fraud prevention, shipping, analytics and related services.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Absen will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising solely from use of the online store.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to a consumer in their jurisdiction and cannot legally be excluded.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
