- Confirm structural readiness, access equipment, site power, main cable work and responsibilities before installation.
- Agree the installation drawings, customer interfaces, service dates and any required parts or additional work.
At handover
- Installed display system — The display and supporting equipment installed within the confirmed scope.
- Commissioning review — Review the agreed illumination, function checks and trial operation with the engineer.
- Practical instruction — Operation and maintenance guidance for the customer personnel responsible for the display.

Does the service include the steel structure?
No. Steel structure materials and installation are excluded from this display-installation service. Confirm structural readiness and the responsible contractor before work starts.
Is this the same as installation guidance?
Full Installation covers the agreed installation work. Installation Guidance supports your own installation team with technical guidance; the responsibilities are different.
How is the quotation prepared?
The team reviews the screen area, indoor or outdoor environment, pixel pitch, site location and project conditions before confirming the scope and quotation.
Does a preferred date confirm the booking?
No. The date is an arrangement preference. The actual schedule is confirmed after reviewing the project and site readiness.
