ICND2153 provides 16 PWM constant-current outputs for multiplexed full-color LED displays, in the SSOP package listed for this part.
Use the SSOP24 AP pin assignment and package outline. The QFN variants in the same datasheet have different pin arrangements and are not a footprint substitute.

LED drive
ICND2153 converts serial input data into PWM grayscale output for multiplexed LED displays. Sixteen constant-current channels share an external current-setting resistor. The listed material uses SSOP packaging, so check the AP pinout rather than using the QFN diagrams.
Key functions
Set the output current and scan scheme to match the LED circuit.
A single external resistor sets the current for all 16 channels. The allowed current range changes with the supply voltage.
The device supports time-multiplexed drive for 1–32 scan applications. Serial input data is converted into pixel grayscale through the 16-bit shift register.
LED open detection and pre-charge circuitry address open-LED effects and ghosting, with additional low-gray enhancement.
Channel-to-channel and chip-to-chip current error is specified at ±1.0% typical and ±2.0% maximum for consistent output current.
Circuit integration
Use the AP pinout for the SSOP part. Connect the serial data, clocks, latch/command input, current-setting resistor and constant-current outputs as specified in the datasheet.

The original material record specifies SSOP. In the Chipone datasheet this corresponds to ICND2153AP / SSOP24. QFN24 variants have different pinouts; check the package before replacement.
No. The datasheet lists 0.5–25 mA at 5 V, 0.5–18 mA at 4.2 V and 0.5–10 mA at 3.3 V. Use the range and circuit conditions appropriate to the actual supply.
The device supports 1–32 scan time multiplexing. This describes the driver capability and does not by itself specify the resolution or refresh performance of a complete display.
The documented interface includes SIN serial data, DCLK data clock, LE command input, GCLK PWM clock, SDO serial output and 16 constant-current outputs.
The current download is the English ICND2153 Driver Datasheet, revision 1.4 dated July 2020. Use its AP/SSOP24 pinout and package drawing for the PCB footprint.
