Can I send a faulty part immediately?
Please contact Absen first. Confirm the service centre, return reference and packaging instructions before sending parts.
What are the price and turnaround time?
The repair scope, materials, price and timing are confirmed after reviewing the actual case.
Are materials and shipping included?
Materials, outbound and return freight, and the handling of non-repairable parts must be confirmed in the quotation. No blanket inclusion or freight-payer rule is assumed.
